Project consists of demolition of existing parking lot, existing limited building façade to include canopy, siding, roofing, and windows.  New work will consist of a new entrance canopy, parking lot, activity room, and limited building façade, limited HVAC, lighting, and plumbing, expanded dining facility, relocated nursing station, and limited interior finishes.
