WBRC’s Civic Studio creates designs that respect and enhance public space, and connect public buildings to the communities they serve. On behalf of governmental, religious, and other community-based clients, the Civic Studio offers deep expertise in disciplines ranging from concept design to construction administration, with particular emphasis on historic preservation and interior design. The studio is managed by WBRC principal Robert Frank.
