Al Bromley was a Firm Principal and WBRC’s Chief Financial Officer. He joined WBRC in 1980 as a structural engineer, and later became the firm’s CFO. During his 38 years at WBRC, the firm grew from one office in Bangor, Maine to additional offices in Sarasota, FL and Portland, ME, from 26 to over 50 employees, and substantially increased its annual revenues.
Al Bromley graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Art & Design. He also completed studies at Northeastern University in soil mechanics, foundation design, reinforced concrete design, and structural analysis. He was a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Maine, was a longtime member of the Holden Planning Board, and served on the Bangor Symphony Orchestra’s Board of Directors.
