Will Pogar is a WBRC Principal, Regional Director, and Architect with three decades of experience as a healthcare facility architect and project manager. His expertise includes facilitating the spatial and capital development of projects, end user programming meetings, regulatory approval processes, tracking of project budgets, coordination of construction documents, and construction administration.
Will is a graduate of the University of Idaho (Bachelor of Architecture) and the University of Vermont (B.A. in History). He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Maine Chapter and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is an associate member of Maine Healthcare Engineers’ Society, New Hampshire Healthcare Engineers’ Society, Maine Health Care Association, Maine Hospital Association, New Hampshire Hospital Association, and Vermont Hospital and Health Systems Association.
