Lakewood Ranch sought to consolidate its two information centers into a single interactive, resource-rich hub on its iconic Main Street. WBRC assisted with the interior fit-up of the new Lakewood Ranch Information Center on the selected corner property, chosen in part for its ability to accommodate tour buses.
The 2,200-square-foot visitor center, staffed by community specialists, offers information on Lakewood Ranch’s housing communities, local and regional amenities, educational opportunities, and more – all part of why Lakewood Ranch remains one of the country’s fast-growing multi-generational master-planned communities.
Lakewood Ranch Information Center interiors begin with a clear first stop, its beautiful, full-service information desk with room for multiple professionals and visitors to begin the exploration process. The center also provides multiple tables for small groups and several interactive self-service kiosks. Back-of-house amenities include ample break space and dedicated areas for IT, storage, and maintenance.
By locating the Lakewood Ranch Information Center in the heart of Main Street, visitors can learn about this vibrant community, then step out the door and experience it firsthand, in the many surrounding shops, restaurants, and attractions.
