“Designing a building is a wild and intense collaboration. It can be chaotic, demanding, and incredibly satisfying. Every week, you see a teammate take something you’ve started, build on it, and push it beyond what you imagined. That momentum keeps lifting the work higher. Once you’ve experienced that kind of creative synergy, you don’t want to let it go.”
