Toby Michaud, P.E., is a WBRC Associate and Licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades of experience in multiple engineering disciplines. He started in the pulp and paper industry and has worked as both a civil and mechanical engineer. As a Senior Civil Engineer at WBRC, he focuses on site development, site design, stormwater management, permitting, and overseeing bidding and construction.
Toby earned a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He is a licensed Engineer in Maine and New Hampshire, as well as a licensed Mechanical Engineer in Massachusetts and Florida. He is a member of the Maine Chapter of ASCE, American Society of Civil Engineers and the NSPE, National Society of Professional Engineers.
