Brandan Smith, AIA, is an Architect with nearly a decade of design experience in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, senior living, retail, and hospitality. Brandan focuses on healthcare at WBRC, working closely with the Healthcare Studio design team based in Portland, Maine. He is adept at creating design solutions that are meaningful to users, translating them into compelling plans and renderings. Brandan collaborates with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure that local regulations and codes are met and the client’s vision is realized.
His work experience prior to joining WBRC includes positions at ACI Boland Architects and BRR Architecture. Brandan earned his Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from Kansas State University College of Architecture, Planning, and Design in Manhattan, Kansas.
