Nathalie Rhoads, P.E., is a Structural Engineer with a strong background in Lean design and operations. Her responsibilities involve the analysis and design of building structural systems using materials such as structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber. She also performs fieldwork including forensic field investigation, condition assessment, and load rating and reinforcement of existing structures.
Before joining WBRC, Nathalie worked at GE Power in Lean Operations, giving her unique insights into building system design. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Maine and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and a Supply Chain Management MicroMasters Credential.
Nathalie graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Civil Infrastructure, where she received the Outstanding Senior Award for Distinction in Leadership and Engagement from the Sibley School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering.
