Philip Badger, III, P.E. is a Senior Electrical Engineer and WBRC Department Manager with nearly 30 years of experience in electrical building systems design and project management. His expertise includes systems design and improvement, permitting, code compliance, construction administration, standards development, and team management. Phil is licensed in multiple states and has received special training in fire safety, telecommunications, and National Electrical Codes.
Phil Badger earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine. He is also a Maine-licensed Master Electrician, giving him special insights into the constructability and user-friendliness of a given design.
He is a member of Maine Healthcare Engineers’ Society (MEHES), New England Healthcare Engineers’ Society (NEHES), and the National Society of Professional Engineers. Phil Badger is also a Youth Volunteer coach and past Brewer Ice Hockey Boosters club president.
