The Circular Block, at 25-27 Broad St. in Bangor, has recently been restored and remodeled to accommodate a street-level commercial space and three upper levels of apartment units. The landmark building anchors a corner of historic West Market Square and features an ornate curved front façade of brick and stone masonry with arched window and door openings.
After receiving new energy-efficient windows, roof, and envelope repairs, the historic structure has undergone an interior fitout for luxury apartments and is home to an upscale restaurant on street level.
