The experience begins at arrival. A sheltered drop-off entrance leads into a warm, inviting lobby featuring self-check-in technology and a dedicated Veterans Appreciation Area. Beyond the entrance, patient corridors and care spaces flow naturally through the building while staying clearly separated from staff work areas — keeping the clinical team close without disrupting the patient experience.
Inside, the clinic delivers a full range of services: primary care, mental health, and specialty care all in one location. Flexible clinical spaces do double duty — physical therapy, occupational therapy, triage, and telehealth rooms each convert to exam rooms when needed. The facility also houses radiology, pathology and lab, ultrasound, procedure rooms, and dedicated mental health evaluation and counseling suites.
The design puts patients at ease from the moment they walk in. Natural elements, neutral tones, and carefully placed color accents create a calm, grounded atmosphere while guiding visitors intuitively through the space. For the broader community, a dividable multi-purpose room supports training, education, and group events — alongside a dedicated treatment and exercise space.
Step behind the scenes, and the Teamwork Area anchors the staff experience. Flexible furniture systems, a staff lounge with lockers, and generous storage keep the team organized and comfortable. Dedicated spaces for volunteers and visiting professionals round out a hub built for collaboration.
Outside, a modern farmhouse character sets the tone — grounded, approachable, and rooted in the community it serves. The building and site both plan ahead, supporting future expansion while meeting all VA, state, and local requirements.
