Dorothy Ullrich Collins is a WBRC Structural Engineer with experience in structural design, geotechnical subsurface investigations, and in-field assessments and problem-solving. She is a skilled collaborator whose responsibilities include working with architectural and engineering project teams on the development of structural plan sets and details. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Maine.
Dorothy graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (cum laude), where she participated in the Steel Bridge Design Team and Engineers without Borders. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
