Rob Frank is a Firm Senior Principal, Chief Business Development Officer, Director of the firm’s Commercial and Civic Studios, and a Civil Engineer. Rob is always on the lookout for new opportunities that benefit WBRC strategically, always taking time to celebrate clients and friends with whom WBRC serves as a trusted advisor. He has over 33 years of experience conducting master planning and design for projects covering the commercial, civic, educational, and healthcare sectors. His expertise includes early concepts and proformas, feasibility review, and overseeing the design, management process, and client relationships for projects ranging from federally funded agencies to private investment groups.
Rob is a graduate of University of Maine, where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer in Maine, New York, Nevada, and New Brunswick, Canada.
Rob currently serves as Chair of the University of Maine Alumni Association and member of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of UMaine’s Civil Engineering Advisory Association and is an elected member (vice chair) of the RSU 22 school board representing the Town(s) of Hampden, Winterport, Newburgh, and Frankfort. An avid sailor, Rob also serves as a Rear Commodore for the Northport Yacht Club.
