Rob Frank is a WBRC Senior Principal, Board Chair, CBDO, Civil Engineer, and Director of the firm’s Commercial and Civic Studios.

Rob is a seasoned planning and design professional who brings a vast arsenal of experience and insights to every project. He enjoys helping clients discover new opportunities and earning a place as their trusted advisor. Rob has over 34 years of experience conducting master planning and design for projects covering the commercial, civic, educational, and healthcare sectors. His expertise includes early concepts and proformas, feasibility review, and overseeing the design, management process, and client relationships for projects ranging from federally funded agencies to private investment groups.

Rob Frank is a graduate of University of Maine, where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer in Maine, New York, Nevada, and New Brunswick, Canada.

Rob currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the University of Maine Alumni Association and member of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a member of UMaine’s Civil Engineering Advisory Association and is an elected member (vice chair) of the RSU 22 school board representing the Towns of Hampden, Winterport, Newburgh, and Frankfort. An avid sailor, Rob also serves as a Rear Commodore for the Northport Yacht Club.
