Located along the Manatee River, Waterlefe Golf & River Club is an upscale residential community made up of 621 residences. WBRC recently designed a major addition to Waterlefe’s River Club, which included new administrative office spaces, bar, and club room.
Outside, the new addition blends in seamlessly with the existing facility and landscape. Inside, interiors continue the look and feel of the existing River Club, while bringing in additional natural lighting and improving traffic flow. The construction work was completed during owner occupation with minimal disruption.
WBRC also designed renovations to Waterlefe River Club’s fitness center and locker rooms, located on the club’s ground floor. Overlooking a 2,400 SF saline swimming pool, the renovated fitness center now offers an array of Club Series and Life Fitness equipment, augmented with handsome new locker rooms.
